Facebook finally launches Check In Deals to businesses within Australia! If you haven’t heard of it, it allows users to check into nearby business Facebook Places pages on their mobiles to unlock special deals and discounts. Businesses will be able to offer up to four different types of deals which include: individual discounts, group discounts for up to eight people, loyalty offers and charity offers. Already we have seen companies like KFC, Westfield and Commonwealth Bank jumping on board, as this is a fantastic way to connect online users and further engage and drive them into real-world purchasing.
